  • I have a dog named Buddy.
  • I like hosting and going to dinner parties.
  • I like traveling. Weekend trips, and longer, farther trips.
  • I like eating really good vegan food.
  • I like watching movies, both mainstream and independent.
  • I like watching TV on Netflix and HBO.
  • I like reading Wikipedia.

    Our first child was born! His name is Micah.

    At age 15, after three years with us, our beloved Chester left this world.

    Turned 30. Celebrated at The French Laundry with Sherri, and also rented out a bar with my twin brother.

    Welcome, Chester! Adopted the sweetest homeless cat off the street. One of friendliest cats we’ve ever met.

    Box had an IPO. Very lucky to have worked at a company that made it this far!

  • April 2014

    Moved back up to the SF Bay Area! I wanted to move my company here, and Sherri got a job at Google!

    Started my company FreshPay, in the cryptocurrency space.

    I bought my first bitcoin.

    Yay, we got a dog! We adopted Buddy from a rescue. He’s basically the best dog ever.

    We bought our first house! Redondo Beach, California.

    Got married to my wonderful wife, Sherri.

    Joined Miso Media as VP of Engineering.

  • January 2010

    Moved back down to LA to live in Long Beach with Sherri.

    Asked Sherri to marry me and she said yes :)

    Started a software consulting company. Mostly a one-man show. Worked on the neighborhood of a hundred projects.

  • October 2007 - December 2008

    Joined as one of the first dozen employees at a then-small startup.

    Moved up to the SF Bay Area.

  • January 2007 - September 2007

    Took a new job as a senior web developer at a shipping and insurance startup for the jewelry industry.

  • May 2006

    Met Sherri - little did I know, she would become my wife later on.

  • May 2006 - January 2007

    Got my first full-time job at a tech startup, as a software developer at one of the first IPTV companies, with a real salary and everything.

  • March 2006

    Became a degenerate and dropped out of college.

  • September 2004

    Went to college.

  • 2002

    Started doing real programming.

  • 1997

    Started coding, but mostly HTML.
